It is with great sadness that I have to inform you that Pete McCahon passed away in the early hours of Wednesday 15th December.

Pete had been admitted to hospital over the weekend following a suspected heart attack. However those who had visited him reported him to be in good spirits and awaiting further tests. It therefore came as a great shock to learn of his death.

A larger than life character in more ways than one, most of the YMC members will know Pete from his editorship of our fabulous magazine "Secrets" and from his TV appearances in the "Monkey Magic" series. Pete was also editor of the club magazine of The Magic Circle.

Peter will be greatly missed and our thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends.

Rest in peace Pete.
